Island of Hawai‘i

The Big Island of Hawai‘i is almost twice as large as all the other Hawaiian islands combined.  Befitting its size, the island claims “there’s more to see and do” along its shores, from historical sightseeing to wine tasting and even winter snow skiing! Steeped in history, the Big Island is considered the cradle of Hawaiian civilization.  Three kings were born here, including Kamehameha the Great. The primary resort area is along the Kohala Coast where world-class golf courses exist harmoniously with lavish resorts.
