All Meet & Greet Services

What airports do you service?

Honolulu Airport (Oʻahu), Kahului Airport (Maui), Lihue Airport (Kauaʻi) and Kona Airport (Island of Hawaiʻi). We do not service Hilo Airport on the Island of Hawaiʻi.

Where do we meet our greeter?

Our greeters will be waiting in your assigned baggage claim area. Our uniforms are white with blue flowers. At the Kahului Airport – we are waiting at the bottom of the escalators that lead from the main terminal to the baggage claim.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our greeters monitor flights throughout the day for any delays (or early arrivals!). As long as your flight number has not been changed, we will see you whenever you get in.

What if my flight is cancelled or changed?

If you have a schedule change and/or cancellation – you will need to let us know. Please call – no matter the time – and provide us with your updated information. We don’t want to miss you!

My arrival date isn’t available!

To ensure proper servicing to both you and our vendor partners – we do have a 72 hour cut-off for ordering services. If you are arriving in the next 3 days – please give us a call so we can check to see if we’re able to add you in.

What is a “lei” and why do I absolutely want one?

A lei is a garland or wreath commonly made from fresh flowers. In Hawaiian culture, lei are often given as symbols of affection, celebration, or honor. Locally used in various ceremonies and special occasions – such as graduation, weddings, birthdays, and homecomings, the practice of giving and receiving a lei at the airport is a cherished Hawaiian tradition that dates back to 1920s. It’s our way of sharing the beauty and warmth of our home with you – welcoming you as we would welcome someone from our own ‘ohana (family) home.

What type of lei do you have?

Our lei is normally single-strand, non-scented, purple orchid lei. On occasion, our lei may be substituted with a different colored orchid.
